ZUMBA: Cardio workout that combines high energy, motivating music with easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness dance program that shapes your body while you burn fat and have fun!

 

Total Body Tone UP: A total body experience that will sculpt and shape your arms, legs, butts and guts!  Get your resistance training and stretching done in one fun and effective workout!

 

Pilates: Designed to develop core strength, tone muscles and increase flexibility. Improve your total strength, spinal alignment & body control through mind/body connection workout.

 

Yoga: A combination of hatha poses, vinyasa flow and restorative yoga that will help build strength, flexibility and reduce stress.

 

Yoga-lates: The ultimate mind body workout that will help you develop core strength, tone muscles and increase flexibility.
